Our Team
Mussa Abdallah founded ALC Lubricants in 2022. A UK-trained accountant and MBA graduate with over 14 years of experience working with the United Nations and as an SME consultant in Tanzania and Kenya, Mussa is responsible for driving business development and overseeing the day-to-day management of ALC Lubricants.
Sandra joined ALC Lubricant as General Manager in 2022. She is a skilled Petroleum Engineer with over 5 years of experience in the lubrication and petrochemical industries. In her current role, Sandra oversees the day-to-day operations, focusing on improving performance, efficiency, and product quality. Her leadership and expertise are essential in driving ALC Lubricant’s mission to provide innovative and sustainable lubrication solutions, while aligning with the company’s long-term vision.
Sandra holds a BEng (Hons) in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Portsmouth and is CAPM certified
Jackson joined ALC Lubricants in 2024 as an Operations Assistant, bringing a solid background in legal and administrative support. He specializes in assisting with daily operations, supporting sales and communications , handling logistics, and ensuring industry regulatory compliance.
Jackson holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Dodoma.
Agnester Nyangoma Frederick joined ALC Lubricants in 2024 as a Social Media and Communication Intern. In this role, she supports the management of social media platforms and assists with both internal and external communication. With a strong passion for digital marketing and communication, Agnesta plays a key role in enhancing the company’s online presence.
Agnester holds a Degree in Marketing and Public Relations from the Tanzania Institute of Accountancy
